Responsibilities:

- Prepare fresh juices, milkshakes, mojitos, smoothies and other beverages.
- Handle fruits, vegetables and beverage ingredients.
- Operate juicers, blenders and other beverage equipment.
- Maintain taste, quality and consistency of beverages.
- Take customer orders and serve beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the juice counter and equipment.
- Monitor ingredient stock and inform the manager about requirements.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Support daily opening and closing activities.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of juice and beverage preparation is preferred.
- Positive customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage busy hours.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Freshers with an interest in beverage preparation can apply.
