BRANCH MANAGER – COOPERATIVE CREDIT SOCIETY

Palanadu Suvira Mutually Aided Cooperative Thrift and Credit Society Limited

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and business-oriented Branch Manager capable of independently managing our cooperative credit society operations and business development.

1. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

* Minimum 3 years of direct working experience in a Cooperative Credit Society / Cooperative Thrift and Credit Society.

* Any Degree qualification is mandatory.

* Candidates must have practical experience in deposit mobilisation, loan operations, collections and branch administration.

* Candidates without a minimum of 3 years of relevant cooperative credit society experience will not be considered.

2. Previous Employment History – Mandatory

Candidates must submit:

* Previous organisation / society name.

* Designation held.

* Employment period (From – To).

* Previous employer’s contact details for verification.

* Experience certificate or other valid employment proof.

3. Previous Business Performance – Mandatory

Candidates must provide details of their previous work performance, including:

A. Deposit Mobilisation

* Total savings deposits mobilised.

* Number of RD accounts opened.

* Total RD collection.

* Number and value of FD accounts mobilised.

B. Loan Business

* Total loans disbursed.

* Number of loans sanctioned.

* Outstanding loan portfolio handled.





* Loan recovery and collection performance.

C. Membership Development

* Total members acquired.

* Number of new accounts opened.

* Monthly business targets versus actual achievements.

Candidates should provide supporting records or an employer-certified performance statement wherever available. Confidential customer information must not be disclosed.

4. Key Responsibilities

* Manage complete branch operations.

* Develop deposits and membership.

* Handle loan processing and disbursement.

* Monitor loan repayments and recovery.

* Supervise employees and daily activities.

* Maintain accounts, records and operational reports.

* Achieve monthly business targets.

* Develop customer relationships and expand society operations.

5. Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

6. Job Location

Chilakaluripet, Palnadu District, Andhra Pradesh.
