Job Description :

- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical faults in industrial sewing machines.
- Handle maintenance of single-needle, overlock, flatlock, interlock, coverstitch, buttonhole, and button-attaching machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce machine breakdowns and production downtime.
- Adjust machine timing, needle bars, feed mechanisms, tension, and stitch quality.
- Replace and repair machine parts such as belts, bearings, gears, motors, hooks, and loopers.
- Identify and resolve machine-related stitching problems.
- Maintain cutting, finishing, and other garment production equipment as required.
- Ensure machines are operating efficiently and meet production quality standards.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and report requirements to the maintenance supervisor.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and operators to resolve machine issues quickly.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
