GROUP SALES HEAD

Steel Construction | PEB | Paver Blocks

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Group Sales Head to lead our sales operations and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage overall sales for Steel Construction and Paver Block businesses.

* Generate new business leads and corporate clients.

* Develop relationships with builders, architects, contractors and developers.

* Generate PEB shed, industrial building and steel fabrication projects.

* Develop dealer and distributor networks for paver blocks.

* Lead and manage the sales team.

* Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

* Handle client meetings, negotiations and project closures.

Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum 25–30years of sales experience preferred.

* Experience in Steel,



PEB, Construction or Building Materials.

* Robust communication and negotiation skills.

* Experience in team management and business development.

* Willingness to travel for business development.

Job Location: Guwahati, Assam

Salary: Attractive Salary + Incentives (Negotiable)
