1. Position Details

- Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

- Scope: All Business Units

- Reporting To: Vice President Finance

- Level: Senior Leadership Team

- Direct Reports: Finance leaders across Financial Control, Accounting &
- Reporting, FP&A;, Taxation, Treasury, Working Capital, Costing and Shared Services.

2. Role Purpose

Lead the overall finance function, ensuring financial discipline, profitability, governance, compliance, effective controls and strategic business support.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

- Oversee taxation, statutory compliance and audits.

- Manage treasury, cash flow and working capital.

- Drive cost optimisation and profitability improvement.

- Provide financial insights for strategic business decisions.

- Lead finance automation, ERP optimisation and process improvements.

- Develop finance teams and strengthen organisational capabilities.

Education &

- Experience

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

- Experience:



Minimum 18 years of progressive post-qualification experience in Finance, including leadership of multifunctional finance teams.

- Industry Exposure: Experience in professionally managed corporate organisations. Manufacturing or multi-unit business experience is advantageous.

- Functional Expertise: Demonstrated leadership across Financial Controllership, Accounting &
- Reporting, Taxation, Compliance, Audit, Treasury, Working Capital, FP&A; and Costing.

- Finance Leadership: Proven ownership of finance teams, processes, controls and business outcomes.

- Transformation &

- Systems:

Experience in automation, ERP optimisation, analytics and process improvement. SAP or equivalent ERP experience preferred.

- Commercial Capability: Exposure to pricing, commercial finance, trade investment and customer profitability is desirable.

- Succession Potential: Solid strategic thinking, financial judgement, stakeholder management and readiness for broader finance leadership responsibilities.
