About Our Client

Our client is a highly respected global organization undergoing a significant business and operating model transformation. As part of a recent enterprise-wide process ownership model, the organization is establishing clear accountability for critical HR processes, creating consistent global standards, simplifying ways of working, and enhancing employee experiences through strong process governance and technology enablement.

- Act as the global owner for a key Hire-to-Retire process domain such as Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Core HCM, Talent Management, Learning, Rewards, or Payroll.

- Define the global process vision, strategy, standards, policies, and governance framework.

- Drive end-to-end process transformation, simplification, and harmonization across regions and markets.

- Partner with business leaders, HR teams, Shared Services, COEs, and technology stakeholders to embed global standards.

- Leverage Workday capabilities to enable scalable and efficient people processes.

- Establish robust governance, controls, process metrics, and continuous improvement mechanisms.

- Lead process redesign initiatives focused on improving employee experience, operational effectiveness, and business outcomes.

- Manage the balance between global consistency and essential local regulatory requirements.

- Influence senior stakeholders across multiple regions to drive adoption and sustainable change.

- Shape future-state operating models and support the organization's broader transformation agenda.

The Successful Applicant





We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Significant experience in HR transformation, Global Process Ownership, HR Shared Services, HR Operations Excellence, or HR Technology-enabled transformation.

- Deep functional expertise in one or more HR domains such as Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HCM, Talent, Learning, Rewards, Compensation, or Payroll.

- Strong experience with Workday and a clear understanding of how technology enables process transformation.

- Proven track record of owning and improving end-to-end global processes rather than solely managing transactions or system implementations.

- Experience driving process governance, process design, standardization, and continuous improvement at scale.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across business, HR, operations, and technology functions.

- Experience operating in complex multinational environments across regions such as APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

- Backgrounds from HR transformation, HR Shared Services, Global Business Services, HR Operations, Centres of Excellence, Consulting, or hybrid environments will all be considered.
