JD General Manager – Live Bird Sales & Marketing (Pan India)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute Pan-India sales and marketing strategies for live bird business.
2. Drive sales growth, revenue, profitability and market share across all regions.
3. Manage and expand distributor, dealer and poultry farmer networks.
4. Build robust relationships with integrators, wholesalers, traders and key customers.
5. Monitor live bird demand, market prices, competition and regional trends.
6. Lead and manage regional sales teams and ensure achievement of sales targets.
7. Coordinate with poultry farms, production and supply chain teams to ensure consistent bird availability.

Develop pricing strategies and negotiate commercial terms with major customers.
9. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across India.
10. Monitor sales performance, collection efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile -Minimum of 15 yrs exp in National Marketing Brand Management role in which 8-10 yrs in Poultry/FMCG/Agro/Commodity based industry and exp handling wholesalers/traders.

-Preference for candidate who has PAN India Sales and Marketing.
