- Lead the full hotel operation – Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen, Banquets, Spa, Engineering, Security, Sales and Accounts

- Own the hotel's annual budget, P&L; and business plan, and deliver on revenue and profit targets

- Drive room sales, ARR and occupancy together with the Sales and Revenue teams – OTAs, corporates, travel agents, MICE and weddings

- Keep guest satisfaction high – monitor reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com etc. and act on feedback quickly

- Control costs – manpower, F&B; cost, energy and purchase – without hurting the guest experience

- Hire, train, motivate and retain a strong team; run daily briefings and monthly reviews with HODs

- Make sure the hotel follows all licences, safety, hygiene and statutory rules (FSSAI, fire, excise, labour, pollution, etc.)

- Look after the building, upkeep and planned maintenance

- Build relationships with key clients, government bodies, local authorities and the community

- Report monthly performance to management with clear numbers and action plans

- Revenue & profitability – hit budgeted revenue, GOP and net profit

- Rooms performance – occupancy, ARR and RevPAR growth

- F&B; & banquet revenue – grow restaurant, bar,



banquet and event business

- Guest satisfaction – solid online ratings and repeat guests

- Cost control – keep payroll, F&B; and utility costs within budget

- People management – team training, low attrition, succession planning

- Compliance & safety – zero major audit, licence or safety issues

- Asset upkeep – well-maintained property and timely preventive maintenance

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Degree in Hotel Management (MBA / PG in Hospitality is a plus)

- 12–18 years in hotels, with at least 3–5 years leading a hotel as GM or in the role just below

- Strong knowledge of all hotel departments, revenue management and P&L;

- Experience with PMS , OTAs and channel managers

- Proven record of growing revenue and guest ratings

- Excellent leadership, people and problem-solving skills

- Fluent in English and Hindi; local language is a plus

- Calm under pressure, guest-first and hands-on on the floor
