Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough patient consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized treatment planning.
- Deliver operative and restorative care,



including rotary root canal treatments (RCT), composite restorations, crown & bridge preparations, and extractions.
- Execute preventive procedures, clinical scaling, root planing, and oral hygiene education.
- Manage operatory efficiency, maintain rigorous sterilization and biomedical waste control standards, and ensure complete compliance with clinical protocols.
- Build strong patient rapport through transparent communication, post-operative guidance, and empathetic care.

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution. (MDS candidates seeking general practice exposure are also welcome to apply).
- State Council Registration: Valid registration with the Karnataka State Dental Council (KSDC).
- Experience: Fresh graduates seeking structured hands-on exposure or candidates with 1–3 years of clinical experience.
- Core Aptitudes:
- Strong foundational skills in general dentistry and restorative care.
- Eagerness to learn modern techniques, digital tools, and advanced clinical protocols.
- Fluency in Kannada and English/Hindi for smooth patient communication.
- Robust clinical ethics, punctuality, and a collaborative team attitude.
