Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee overall hospitality operations, drive business growth, manage teams and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, operational management and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily hospitality operations and business activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Handle team management, staff training, performance monitoring and recruitment.
- Ensure excellent guest experience, customer service and client relationship management.
- Monitor sales, operational costs, budgets and profitability.
- Drive business development, corporate tie-ups and new revenue opportunities.
- Maintain service quality, operational standards and SOP compliance.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales reports and operational performance reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or Business Administration.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, team handling and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of P&L; management, budgeting and revenue management.
- Solid business development and sales management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and achieve business targets.
