Specialist FX Operations

Job Overview

We are seeking an FX Operations Specialist on a contract basis to support FX spot, forwards, swaps and non-deliverable forwards (NDFs), covering trade processing, confirmations, settlements and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Trade Booking: Validate authorised booking requests and record executed FX trades through

Aladdin TradeEntry or Bulk Load Trades (BLT).
- Confirmation & Lifecycle: Resolve trade mismatches and process approved amendments,

cancellations, maturities, rollovers and NDF fixings.
- Payments & Settlement: Monitor FX netting and settlements, verify approved settlement instructions and meet currency cut-offs and holiday requirements.
- Reconciliation & Funding: Reconcile trades and cash, investigate failed settlements and coordinate funding requirements with Treasury and custodians.
- Controls & Client Service: Follow maker-checker controls,



maintain records and resolve stakeholder queries with timely escalation of outstanding issues.

Eligibility Criteria

- Mandatory Aladdin Experience: Hands-on BlackRock Aladdin experience in FX operations is mandatory.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in FX confirmations, lifecycle processing, settlements and reconciliation, with knowledge of spot, forwards, swaps and NDFs.
- Systems Knowledge: Working knowledge of TradeEntry, Dashboard and Payments Monitor. BLT,

CashMaster, FXall and SWIFT/CLS workflow experience is preferred.
- Core Skills: Valuable Microsoft Excel and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise time-critical transactions.

Work Shift Timing

2 PM – 11 PM / 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Rotation based on requirements.
