- Oversee day-to-day operations across cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging lines.
- Set daily line targets, allocate tasks efficiently based on worker skills, and maintain smooth line balancing.
- Monitor workflow to identify and resolve production bottlenecks or downtime promptly.
- Coordinate machine maintenance with the technical team to ensure minimal operational disruption.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
