Required Skills

- Python 3.12+ with robust OOP and modular design skills
- Strong fundamentals with multithreading and async programming in python
- REST API development (FastAPI, uvicorn)
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven systems
- Experience with MariaDB or PostgreSQL
- Unit testing with pytest / pytest-cov
- NETCONF (ncclient) or other network-device management. Experience with server management is a plus, including Redfish, iDRAC, iLO, or IPMI
- Container and Orchestration experience: Docker image builds, Kubernetes workloads, and Helm chart authoring with values, templates, and versioning.
- Build and release management: uv or equivalent dependency management, Makefiles, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar), and binary packaging (PyInstaller or Debian)
- Domain experience in Networking, 5G, Telecom Knowledge would be added advantage
