Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design and development of React, Node.js/Express/NestJS and/or Spring Boot applications.

Design scalable, highly available microservices architectures on Azure (AKS) and GCP (GKE).

Translate business requirements into technical solutions, estimates, and sprint plans.

Design event-driven solutions using Kafka/Azure Service Bus and caching using Redis.

Work with MongoDB and RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.

Ensure application/API security using OAuth2, JWT, rate limiting, and VAPT remediation.

Conduct code reviews, ensure test coverage, and mentor development teams.

Manage sprint delivery, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates using Jira/Agile.

Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, deployments, and production readiness.

Drive adoption of GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI-assisted development tools.

Mandatory Skills:





8-10 years of full-stack development experience.

Strong expertise in React, Node.js/Express/NestJS/MERN and Java Spring Boot.

Hands-on experience with Azure & GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, AKS/GKE.

Robust knowledge of microservices and distributed systems.

Experience with MongoDB + at least one RDBMS.

Experience with Kafka/Azure Service Bus and Redis.

Strong understanding of API security, OAuth2, JWT, and VAPT.

Experience in Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, estimation, and Jira.

Proven experience in technical leadership and team mentoring.

Good to Have

Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Cloud Architect, CKA/CKAD, PMP/CSM certifications.

Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.

Production support and incident management experience.
