Required

- Swift and native iOS. Four or more years building production iOS apps in Swift, with SwiftUI or UIKit, MVVM or a similar pattern, and Swift concurrency.
- C# and .NET on Azure. Production APIs in up-to-date .NET, including Azure Functions, App Service and Application Insights.
- End-to-end feature delivery. Has shipped features that span the mobile screen, the API and an enterprise system of record, and owned them through testing.
- API contract design. Shapes BFF responses for the screen that uses them, and keeps contracts small, stable and versioned.
- API gateway integration. Calls enterprise systems through Azure API Management: authentication, throttling, error mapping and retries.
- Testing as part of done. Unit,



API and UI tests that run in the pipeline. A story closes when it's tested in INT.
- Quality engineering when needed. Writes and runs test cases, automates API and UI checks, and helps clear the test queue so stories reach done inside the sprint.
- AI-assisted development with judgment. Uses AI coding assistants on both stacks and reviews every change for duplication, hard-coded values and fit with existing code.

Preferred

- Salesforce integration. REST integration with Salesforce objects, with permission-aware data.
- Offline tolerance. Background sync and caching on iOS, with consistent data when the device reconnects.
- Contract testing between the app and the API (Pact or similar).
