Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications.
- Work independently on both frontend and backend development activities.
- Build, integrate, and maintain APIs, databases, and application components.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Use AI-powered development tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, and problem-solving.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and modern development practices.

Candidate Expectations
- 2–3 years of hands-on development experience.




- Strong individual contributor with the ability to independently manage development tasks.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand requirements and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
- Open to working across different technologies and development environments.
- Adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn new tools and technologies.

Good to Have – Added Advantage
- Practical experience using AI-powered development tools.
- Exposure to AI application development, AI integrations, LLMs, or automation solutions.
- Awareness of emerging AI technologies and their applications in software development.
