ProjectPulse is a technology company developing AI-powered solutions for the construction industry. Our platform connects design, estimation and project management to help construction professionals make smarter, faster and more informed decisions.

Experience: 3–6 years of relevant practical experience; robust evidence of capability will also be considered.

Build the web applications and services that connect design/BIM data with quantities, cost and project decisions. You will own features from understanding the user’s workflow through implementation, testing, release and production follow-through.

What you will do

- Build usable interfaces for BOQ review, cost mapping, estimation, project data and emerging planning workflows.
- Develop APIs, data models and background processing for large BIM-derived datasets, imports, exports and integrations.
- Connect tabular information with 3D selection and highlighting, working with BIM engineers on consistent element references.
- Implement project permissions, validation, audit history and secure access in collaboration with InfoSec.
- Practice Test-Driven Development (TDD) and ensure high code quality through comprehensive unit and integration testing.
- Improve query efficiency, responsiveness and failure recovery; investigate production defects and close them with QA.
- Review code, document technical decisions and turn customer-specific requests into maintainable product capabilities.

What you bring
- Experience delivering production web applications across frontend, backend and database layers.




- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework, plus proficiency in a backend language frameworks
- Extensive hands-on experience using Git for version control, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Practical experience with relational data modeling, SQL, REST APIs, asynchronous processing and automated tests.
- An engineer who enjoys moving fast without compromising engineering quality
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, secure coding and collaborative code review.
- Ability to debug across the stack and explain technical choices in terms of usability, accuracy and maintainability.

Useful additional experience Azure, Auth0, Three.js or other browser-based 3D tools; large data grids; SaaS permissions; construction, estimating or engineering software.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
