Role summary

- A versatile engineer who works fluidly across both the backend (Node.js + Express) and web (React + Next.js) tracks, owning features end-to-end. This role suits someone equally comfortable building APIs and the interfaces that consume them, who enjoys variety across the stack.
- Key responsibilities
- Work across the backend (Node.js + Express microservices, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/Redis, integrations) and web (React + Next.js UIs) tracks as priorities require.
- Pick up well-defined slices end-to-end: API + UI + tests for a feature.

- Implement features following established backend and frontend patterns (auth, idempotency, retries, RBAC, accessibility, internationalization).
- Contribute to code review, CI/CD quality gates, and the shared component/service libraries.

Required





- Proven full-stack delivery: Node.js + Express services and React/Next.js UIs in production.
- Solid PostgreSQL and REST API integration; comfortable with auth flows (OAuth2/JWT) and async/resilience patterns.
- Able to context-switch across tracks without long ramp-up; pragmatic and self-directed.
- Secure-coding awareness (OWASP) and testing discipline; Docker familiarity.

Nice to have

- TypeScript across the stack, microservices, message queues, Kubernetes.
- Internationalization (i18n) experience.
