Role Purpose To lead end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for multiple facility management sites in Chennai, ensuring timely manpower availability, effective hiring strategies and fulfilment of operational staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for facility management operations.

- Manage high-volume hiring for housekeeping, security, technical staff, pantry, office support and other frontline roles.

- Partner with Operations and Site Teams to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment.

- Develop and manage sourcing channels, including local consultants, vendors, referrals and job portals.

- Build a strong candidate pipeline to support new site mobilisation and replacement hiring.

- Manage and drive recruitment teams, vendors and hiring partners to achieve defined targets.





- Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, joining ratios, cost per hire and offer dropouts.

- Ensure proper documentation, background verification and smooth onboarding of candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred.

- 510 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to blue-collar hiring.

- Must have experience working with a Facility Management company.

- Robust experience in high-volume recruitment of frontline and site-level workforce.

- Good understanding of Chennai's local labour market and blue-collar sourcing channels.

- Experience managing recruitment teams, vendors and manpower agencies.

- Strong stakeholder management, execution and team leadership skills.
