Hunters Hideout Resort is a premium, boutique 5-room property dedicated to offering a high-end, luxury experience for our guests. We are looking for a smart, energetic, and skilled candidate to join our team and manage our daily front office operations and guest bookings.If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy delivering top-tier customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Phone Reservations: Handle all incoming booking inquiries over the phone professionally, pitch our premium rooms effectively, and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Front Office Management: Warmly welcome premium guests upon arrival, handle smooth check-in and check-out procedures, and process payments.
- Guest Relations: Act as the main point of contact for guests during their stay, resolving any requests or queries promptly to ensure a luxury experience.
- Coordination: Coordinate closely with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfectly prepared before guest arrivals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel front office, guest relations,



or reservation management.
- Traits: Smart appearance, excellent telephone etiquette, and a customer-first attitude.
- Skills: Basic sales mindset to handle over-the-phone booking inquiries and close deals confidently.

Salary & Perks:

- Incentives: Attractive performance-based sales incentives provided on top of your fixed salary (based on booking performance).
