Job Title: Freight Broker

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced freight broker with an active book of business. Someone with hands on experience, motivated and result-oriented Freight Broker to manage freight operations, connect shippers with carriers, negotiate rates, and build strong business relationships in the US logistics market.

- Find and connect with potential shippers and carriers.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates.
- Book and manage loads efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Track shipments and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Generate leads and develop a solid book of business.
- Handle daily brokerage operations and follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of US logistics and freight brokerage.
- AN active book of business is preferred.
- Experience in freight brokerage is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
