About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle PL/SQL & APEX Support Developer to support a financial systems modernization project involving Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, and PeopleSoft Financials.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle development, application support, financial data processing, and enterprise system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, procedures, and batch processes.
- Build and enhance Oracle APEX applications for financial transaction reviews and exception management.
- Support integrations between custom Oracle applications and PeopleSoft Financials, particularly Billing and Accounts Receivable.
- Investigate interface failures and perform financial data validation and reconciliation.
- Troubleshoot secure file transfers, data-loading processes, and Linux/Bash scripts.
- Support migration from legacy PowerBuilder and IBM mainframe applications.
- Collaborate with business users, DBAs, and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
- Document enhancements, fixes, and technical processes.





Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Practical experience with Oracle APEX development and support.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials integrations.
- Understanding of PeopleSoft Billing and Accounts Receivable.
- Experience with financial data validation and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Bash scripting.
- Knowledge of secure file transfers and batch processing.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
