Roles & responsibilities:

- Drive sales value and special product turnover through the franchise dealer counter.

- Ensure achievement of secondary sales targets.

- Ensure regular product sales through the franchise counter.

- Focus on special product sales to improve overall turnover.

- Generate leads through geographical scanning and dealer/contractor connect.

- Enroll painters and contractors into the Sparkle Contractor Loyalty Program.

- Communicate schemes, offers, and current product launches to ensure continuous

- Maintain planogram and in-shop display at the franchise counter as per SOP.

- Conduct painter/contractor shop meetings along with TSM/TSE.

- Two Wheeler and Valid driving license are mandatory
