Role Description The Freelance Consultant role at Starpowerz Digiloans is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. The Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial needs, explain suitable loan and financial products, and guide them through the application and approval process. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with partner Banks/NBFCs, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and ensuring timely follow-up for documentation and disbursements.

The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities,



and contributing feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build trust.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development capabilities, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and achievement of financial product targets.
- Candidates should possess basic financial knowledge and analytical skills, such as understanding loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and risk assessment.
- Candidates should possess organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping, documentation handling, and coordination with internal teams and financial partners.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in common office and digital tools, including email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking systems, and mobile communication apps.
- Previous experience in financial services, banking, NBFCs, or loan consultancy is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, adapt to field conditions, and travel locally as required to meet clients and partners.
