Position: Founding Technical Lead

Engagement: Founding Team Member

Compensation: Equity-based

Salary: No salary. This is an equity-only founding opportunity.

Company Stage: Early-stage Deep-Tech / Biotechnology Research Startup

About the Opportunity

We are building a deep-tech research company focused on developing advanced artificial gestation technologies, including artificial womb and artificial placenta systems.

Our vision is to advance research in artificial gestation by combining computational biology, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, biomedical engineering, advanced materials and scientific simulation.

We aim to build computational models, proprietary algorithms, research platforms and eventually physical prototypes that could contribute to the development of artificial womb and artificial placenta technologies.

We are looking for a technically robust founding team member who will take ownership of the entire technology and engineering function.

This is an opportunity to join at the founding stage, lead technology development from the ground up and help build a potentially transformative deep-tech research organisation.

Important: This is an equity-based founding position with no fixed salary or monthly compensation. The selected candidate will receive an equity stake in the company, subject to mutually agreed terms and formal legal documentation.

Role Overview The Founding Technical Lead will be responsible for defining, building and leading the company's complete technical architecture and development roadmap.

You will work closely with the founder, scientific researchers, engineers and domain specialists to translate scientific research objectives into computational systems, software platforms, algorithms and engineering prototypes.

You will lead the technical team and determine how AI, quantum computing, computational biology and biomedical engineering can be integrated to advance artificial gestation research.

You will have significant ownership over technical decisions, research infrastructure, technology selection, engineering standards and product development.
