Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Manager to develop, establish, and manage the organizations franchise network. The candidate should have hands-on experience in creating franchise business models, setting up new franchises, managing franchise operations, and ensuring smooth and profitable business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Model Development: Develop and implement franchise business models, strategies, and operational frameworks.
2. Franchise Expansion: Identify potential markets, evaluate opportunities, and develop plans for franchise expansion.
3. Franchise Setup: Manage the complete process of establishing recent franchises, from planning and documentation to launch.
