At Showcazz, we help companies know who can sell before they hire, and help sales professionals prove it.
We’re looking for an Account Executive who can own the full sales cycle and help us grow in the B2B market.
What you’ll do
- Own the full deal cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
- Sell Showcazz’s AI sales simulation and hiring solutions to founders, VPs of Sales, and hiring leaders at B2B companies
- Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Run discovery calls that uncover real business pain, and demos built around what the buyer needs
- Write clear proposals and handle objections, pricing conversations, and stalled deals
- Keep your CRM accurate and your forecast honest
- Share what you learn from buyers with the product team
What we’re looking for
- 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech
- A record of owning targets and closing deals, not only booking meetings
- Strong discovery skills and comfort selling to founders and senior leaders
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Curiosity, coachability, and the persistence to keep going after rejection
- Interest in AI, hiring, or sales enablement (a plus)
