We are looking for a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering custom solutions to our clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and ensuring successful implementation of our technology.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
- Gather feedback from customers and iterate on solutions based on their needs.
- Participate in customer meetings and provide insights on technical capabilities and potential improvements.
- Document processes, solutions, and technical specifications for future reference.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in software development or engineering roles.
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, solution deployment, data engineering, or client-facing technical delivery roles
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and/or Python
- Mandatory 3+ years of exp in Generative AI
