Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to manage daily restaurant floor operations, supervise service staff and ensure smooth service delivery with high guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth F&B; service.
- Supervise, guide and allocate duties to service staff.
- Ensure proper table setup, staff grooming and cafe's cleanliness.
- Handle guest queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food service.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant SOPs, hygiene and service standards.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operational activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in cafe, restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Good leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Robust guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations efficiently.
