Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Flutter Developer Intern who is eager to build high-quality Android and iOS applications using Flutter and Dart.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of programming fundamentals, hands-on experience with Flutter, and the ability to convert UI designs into functional, responsive mobile applications. You should be comfortable learning new technologies, debugging issues, integrating APIs, and collaborating with a product and engineering team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond basic tutorials and contribute to production-oriented mobile applications, including AI-powered and assistive technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive, reusable, and well-structured UI components from design references.
- Integrate REST APIs and handle JSON data, authentication, network requests, and error states.
- Implement application navigation, state management, form validation, and data handling.
- Work with backend services, local storage, and third-party SDKs as required.
- Debug application crashes, fix UI issues, and improve performance across different devices.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product team members to deliver features.
- Participate in code reviews and follow clean coding practices, version control, and Git workflows.




- Test applications, identify bugs, and ensure a consistent user experience across screen sizes.
- Explore integrations involving AI features, Bluetooth-connected devices, accessibility tools, and assistive technology where relevant.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide regular progress updates.

Required Technical Skills

Core requirements

- Working knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming and fundamental data structures.
- Experience building at least one Flutter application or a meaningful personal/academic project.
- Understanding of widgets, layouts, navigation, and responsive UI development.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON parsing, asynchronous programming, and error handling.
- Basic understanding of state management, such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and explain technical decisions.

Good to have

- Experience with Firebase Authentication, Firestore, or push notifications.
- Knowledge of SQLite, Hive, shared preferences, or other local storage solutions.
- Familiarity with Android Studio, VS Code, and mobile application debugging.
- Exposure to app testing, performance optimization, and Play Store deployment.
- Basic knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive UI design.
- Interest in AI integrations, IoT, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), or hardware-connected mobile applications.
