We are looking for experienced Five9 CCaaS Technical Consultants with solid hands-on experience in contact center implementations, configuration, integrations and troubleshooting.

Mandatory Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Five9 VCC, IVA and Studio.
- Strong knowledge of Contact Center fundamentals – IVR, ACD, Queues and Routing Strategies.
- Experience configuring Inbound/Outbound Campaigns and IVR/IVA flows.
- Experience integrating Five9 with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics or Zendesk.
- Working knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Webhooks.
- Basic UI customization using JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
- Troubleshooting experience across SIP/VoIP, Network and Application layers.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (CS) or equivalent.
