– Fleet Supervisor

We are looking for a Vehicle Supervisor responsible for monitoring vehicle movements, tracking routes, coordinating with drivers, and handling vehicle breakdown-related issues. The candidate should have practical knowledge of heavy vehicles, especially 20–24 ft trailers.

Key Responsibilities

- Keep track of daily vehicle movements and route updates.
- Stay in regular contact with drivers regarding vehicle status, routes, delays and breakdowns.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team regarding vehicle availability and route-related issues.
- Handle and coordinate breakdown situations and arrange necessary maintenance support.
- Have basic technical knowledge of heavy vehicle parts, including engines, tyres, brakes, batteries and other mechanical components.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and identify repair requirements.




- Maintain regular updates and reports regarding vehicle conditions and movements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in vehicle supervision or fleet management.
- Good knowledge of heavy vehicles, especially 20–24 ft trailers.
- Basic technical understanding of vehicle engines, tyres and mechanical parts.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle drivers and manage breakdown situations.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in the transportation or logistics industry. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
