Role Description The Fleet Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, responsible for overseeing day-to-day fleet operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery performance. This role involves scheduling and dispatching vehicles, monitoring fleet utilization, tracking trips, and coordinating with drivers and operational teams to resolve issues quickly.
The Fleet
Coordinator will maintain accurate records of fleet activity, assist with compliance and documentation, and support routine maintenance planning in line with company standards. The role also includes regular communication with internal stakeholders and service partners to address operational queries, improve route efficiency, and uphold safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management, including scheduling, dispatching, utilization tracking, and basic maintenance coordination.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with drivers, internal teams, and external partners while handling queries and issues professionally.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills, such as workflow coordination, data-driven decision making, and adherence to safety and compliance procedures.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments, with familiarity using fleet or routing software and basic MS Excel or similar tools.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, the capacity to work in a fast-paced setting, and a focus on accuracy and timely execution.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, operations, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience in fleet or transport operations will also be considered.
