- Responsible for the operation, inspection, testing and maintenance of all firefighting equipment, including fire extinguishers, fire pumps, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems.

- Ensure proper functioning and periodic preventive maintenance of all fire protection and life safety systems.

- Ensure implementation of all statutory requirements, fire safety regulations, State Fire Service guidelines and applicable compliance standards.

- Monitor daily Fire &
- Security operations and ensure smooth functioning of all assigned activities.

- Conduct regular fire safety inspections and identify potential fire hazards, unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.

- Prepare and maintain fire safety records, inspection reports, maintenance logs, compliance documents and emergency response records.

- Plan, organize and conduct periodic mock drills covering fire emergencies, medical emergencies, bomb threats, evacuation, flooding and other emergency situations.

- Conduct regular fire safety awareness sessions and training programs for employees, security personnel and other occupants.





- Ensure effective implementation of the Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Emergency Evacuation Procedures.

- Supervise and monitor the performance of Fire &

- Security personnel, including duty allocation, shift management and operational discipline.

- Coordinate with authorized service providers and AMC vendors for timely servicing, testing and maintenance of firefighting and security equipment.

- Investigate fire incidents, near misses, safety violations and security-related incidents and recommend preventive measures.

- Ensure timely closure of observations raised during fire safety audits, inspections and statutory assessments.

- Submit daily, weekly and monthly Fire &

- Security performance reports to management.

- Ensure emergency equipment, firefighting installations, fire exits, escape routes and assembly points remain accessible and operational.

- Maintain emergency preparedness and ensure continuous improvement in overall Fire &

- Security standards.
