- This position communicates with customers in order to solve billing issues while providing excellent customer service. This position resolves discrepancies on shippers invoices, researches billing issues, makes adjustments as necessary, educates customers on billing services UPS offers, and initiates contacts (cross-functional and external) to resolve billing problems. This position performs other tasks as necessary.
