Key Responsibilities:

Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.

Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications. Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.Responds to customer complaints. Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer. · Installation Validation & Qualification the equipment at customer site.

Analyzes, inspects, and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands. Repairs, tests, and maintains equipment. Monitors performance of the product. · Maintains and submit all the reports and data timely.· Provides customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests. · Develops and maintains relations with customers. · Sending Quote request for AMC & Spares required by customer· Reports common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference.· Travelling required as when applicable.
