Roles & Responsibilities:

- Support service, warranty and sales-related activities.
- Coordinate with OEM dealers regarding air brake system complaints.
- Assist in joint inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Support smooth operations of commercial vehicles and buses.
- Coordinate with dealers and authorized service centres for complaint resolution.




- Assist in conducting product training and sharing technical updates.
- Visit dealer and service locations as required.
