Key Responsibilities:

- Drive field sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Identify and onboard vendors, channel partners, electricians, contractors, and dealers.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Manage customer relationships and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with internal teams for project execution.
- Build and maintain a robust regional partner network.

Requirements:

- Experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Channel Sales.
- Solar, Renewable Energy, or Construction industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
