Location: Money Plant, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Develop sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Handle B2C sales, customer meetings, and negotiations.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful solar projects.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Build solid customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth project execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:
- Experience in Sales Management (Solar EPC preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of residential rooftop solar solutions.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
