ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Field Sales Executives. The role involves meeting potential customers, introducing them to our offerings, building relationships, and driving business growth through effective field sales activities.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct field visits to identify and connect with potential customers.
- Introduce and explain the company's offerings to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with potential customers.
- Identify business opportunities and generate leads through field activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful onboardings.
- Address customer queries and communicate product/service benefits effectively.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and business objectives.




- Maintain regular updates and reports on field visits, leads, and sales progress.

REQUIREMENTS

- Freshers are welcome to apply! Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or customer acquisition will have an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Confident in approaching and interacting with new people.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily activities effectively.
