Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary & Benefits:

- CTC: ₹19,000 per month
- Take-home Salary: ₹16,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives: Up to ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers by promoting and selling Current Accounts and Savings Accounts.
- Conduct field marketing activities and visit potential customers to generate business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Encourage customers to increase deposits and cross-sell additional banking products.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Complete mandatory certifications such as AMFI, EUIN, and other required training after joining.
- Participate in regular learning and development activities.




- Maintain daily customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with all banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
