Role & responsibilities

- Approach and interact with people at different public places and locations across Kolkata.
- Explain the NGO's mission, activities and social initiatives to potential donors.
- Encourage individuals to support the organisation through donations and contributions.
- Build positive relationships with potential donors and supporters.
- Communicate the importance and impact of fundraising for social causes.
- Meet daily and monthly fundraising targets.
- Maintain basic records of donor interactions and fundraising activities.
- Represent the organisation professionally and positively.

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and passionate individuals who are interested in working for a good cause. The Field Fundraising Executive will be responsible for connecting with people,



spreading awareness about the NGO's work and encouraging individuals to contribute towards social causes.

This is a field-based role that requires travelling across different locations in Kolkata.

- Minimum 12th Pass (HSC).
- Basic English communication skills; knowledge of Hindi and Bengali will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, enthusiastic and comfortable interacting with new people.
- Willingness to travel across different locations in Kolkata.
- Positive attitude and interest in working for a social cause.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, fundraising or field promotion will be an added advantage. Freshers can also apply.
