Job Title: Field Sales Manager
Experience Required:1–2 Years
Salary:₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to interior and rural areas for market development
- Promote company products/services through direct marketing activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Execute campaigns, surveys, and on-ground promotional activities
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in field marketing or sales
- Willingness to travel extensively in interior areas
- Robust communication and interpersonal skill Self-motivated and target-oriented
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
