Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible F&B; Supervisor to manage and supervise overall Food & Beverage department operations during the night shift. The candidate should have good leadership, communication and operational skills to ensure smooth restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, staff management and departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise overall F&B; operations during the night shift.
- Manage restaurant, room service and banquet operations, as applicable.
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for food preparation and service.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene and safety standards.
- Supervise staff attendance, grooming, uniform and discipline.
- Manage daily stock, inventory, consumption and wastage control.
- Monitor restaurant and room service billing and cash closing.
- Ensure proper KOT/BOT entries and billing accuracy.
- Maintain restaurant, kitchen service areas and F&B; store cleanliness.




- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security and Engineering departments.
- Prepare daily sales, stock, attendance and night shift reports.
- Ensure proper shift handover and departmental documentation.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain 360° audit standards.

Required Skills

- Positive leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant and room service operations.
- Knowledge of POS billing and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to handle night shift operations independently.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Experience & Qualification

- 2–4 years of experience in F&B; operations.
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Previous experience in hotels, resorts or hospitality operations preferred.
