- Job Responsibilities
Fitters
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Perform fitting, cutting, grinding and assembly work.
- Align and assemble structural components.
Fabricators
- Perform fabrication activities as per technical drawings.
- Handle MS and SS materials and sheet metal.
- Carry out marking, cutting, bending and fitting operations.
Welders
- Perform MIG, TIG and CO₂ welding operations.
- Understand welding symbols and technical drawings.
- Ensure proper weld quality, finishing and accuracy.
- Skills Required
- Knowledge of fabrication tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
- Good practical knowledge of the relevant trade.
