We are hiring for Executive – SCMTR Export and Import Documentation

Location Mumbai

1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics documentation, with knowledge of SCMTR procedures.

Experienced in preparing, verifying, and processing SCMTR-related documentation as per customs requirements.

Familiar with ICEGATE filing and submission of shipment details through applicable customs systems.

Skilled in coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, and internal operations teams.

Proficient in verifying cargo details, container information, shipping instructions, and consignor/consignee details.

Experienced in following up on pending documents, resolving discrepancies, and handling amendments and corrections.





Skilled in maintaining shipment records, filing acknowledgements, and related correspondence.

Knowledgeable in customs documentation, statutory filing timelines, and operational compliance.

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office, with solid coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.

Capable of managing multiple shipments independently while ensuring documentation accuracy and timely completion.
