Location: Andheri - Mumbai

Experience: 3-5 years

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 based on experience + All other Advantages

Key Responsibilities :

1. Manage Export Back-Office Operations and Documentation, with knowledge of ASEAN country-specific export documentation considered an advantage.
2. Coordinate with customers for pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation and ensure timely submission.
3. Support the sales team in generating new leads and identifying and connecting with the appropriate decision-makers.
4. Possess thorough knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) shipments, including documentation and compliance requirements.
5. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing,



production planning, dispatch, and shipment-related activities.
6. Maintain accurate export records, documentation, reports, and MIS related to export activities.
7. Ensure timely coordination between customers, sales, logistics, finance, and other internal departments to facilitate smooth export operations.
