Location – Delhi NCR

Experience – 3 to 5 yrs

Current CTC – 4L to 7L The incumbent will be responsible for primarily assisting for handling north region litigation matters, Brand Protection Actions, contracts & legal advisory along with providing legal support to Haridwar Plant activities.

- Manage and monitor litigation, regulatory, civil, criminal, consumer matters across the North Region, including coordination and negotiation with external counsels, case strategy, documentation, and progress tracking.
- Handle brand protection initiatives, including anti-counterfeiting actions, trademark enforcement, market investigations, raids, seizures, and coordination with law enforcement agencies.
- Handle assigned stream of BU agreements, contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, leases and other legal documents and coordination with HO legal team.
- Provide legal advice and support to business stakeholders on contractual, commercial, and operational matters.
- Support the Haridwar Plant on legal, compliance, contractual, regulatory, labour law and operational legal issues.




- Conduct legal research and provide practical, risk-based legal opinions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and corporate governance requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, external counsels, and enforcement agencies as required.
- Maintain litigation, contract, and compliance records and MIS reports and provide support to HO legal team in coordination.
- Role requires frequent travelling for domestic and sparingly for international level and the candidate should be open for the same.

Desired Experience & Skills
- LL.B. from a recognized and reputed university. LL.M will be an advantage.
- Experience in litigation management, liaising skills with authorities, contract drafting and review, legal advisory, and compliance functions.
- Exposure to intellectual property enforcement and brand protection activities.
- Sound knowledge of civil, criminal, commercial, contractual and regulatory laws.
- Strong drafting, analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and work in a business-oriented environment.
- Demonstrates solid ethical values and professional conduct, communicates courteously, and maintains a collaborative and supportive approach towards colleagues and stakeholders.
