Key Role & Responsibilities:

The EHS Executive/Sr. Executive will perform EHS activities and to support bio-manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include ETP Operation, Providing Awareness program , Safety training & Providing PPEs to all departments.This role ensures adherence to Good Safety culture.

Key Activities of EHS Executive:

- Implementation at site Onsite Emergency Plan.
- Implementation of work permit system for all non routine activities.
- HAZOP , HIRA JSEA, PSSR Other Process Safety Compliance.
- To ensure safe working procedures are implemented.
- Arrange for Mock drills, Fire Drill as per schedule.
- Regular inspection of all emergency equipment.
- Check the work condition before start up the work.
- Conduct EHS Audits.
- Preparation of EHS SOPs and its implementation.
- Ensure all EHS related Legal compliance.
- Arrange First Aid training from external authority for employees.
- To advice and assist the factory management in the fulfillment of its

obligations, statutory otherwise concerning prevention of personal injuries and maintaining a secure working environment.




- To advice the concerned departments in planning and organizing measures necessary for the effective control or personal injuries.
- To advise on safety aspects in all job studies and to carry out detailed job safety environment analysis of selected jobs.
- To check and evaluate the effectiveness of the action taken or proposed to be taken to prevent personal injuries.
- To advise the purchase and stores departments in ensuring high quality and availability of personal protective equipment.
- To advise on matter related to carrying out plant safety inspections.
- To carry out plant safety inspections in order to observe the physical conditions of work and the work practices and procedures by workers and to render advice on measures to be adopted for removing unsafe physical conditions and pretending unsafe actions by workers.
- To render advise on matters related to reporting and investigation of industrial accidents diseases.
- To investigate selected accidents.
