AVRON Multi-Speciality Hospitals is looking for a responsible and experienced Night Supervisor – Housekeeping / Attendant to manage housekeeping and attendant operations during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise housekeeping and attendant staff during night shifts.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and sanitization across all hospital departments.
- Monitor cleaning activities in patient rooms, ICUs, wards, OTs, corridors and washrooms.
- Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal as per hospital protocols.
- Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance, punctuality and discipline.
- Supervise patient shifting and attendant services.
- Conduct regular rounds and ensure compliance with hospital housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with Nursing, Security and Operations departments.




- Handle housekeeping-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain daily reports, cleaning checklists and shift handover records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or facility management.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setup will be preferred.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to manage staff and handle responsibilities independently during night shifts.
